This is a potent, 2.5 hour sanctuary of time dedicated entirely to you and the threshold you are standing on. I have created this immersive process especially for the soul who feels poised for a great change yet held back by an invisible barrier, pattern, trauma, or imprint.  You may or may not know waht this change is....that OK. This session acts as a brilliant beam of light, illuminating the path forward. 

This session is for you if:

What does a Threshold Crossing Session involve?

A Threshold Crossing session is a journey of self-discovery that blends traditional talk therapy with somatic and energetic approaches to support healing on all levels—mind, body, and spirit.  

• The Sanctuary (Anchoring): We begin with a grounding cup of tea, creating a safe space for you to share your story and set a clear, soul-led intention for our time together. I then guide you through a short visualisation that helps us see where the blocks may be.
• The Unravelling (Release): Moving to the treatment table, I will gently attune to your energy field to identify the location of  the core blockage, using a unique blend of sound, breath, and somatic work to help you release old stories and tension from your energy body.
• The Re-Weaving (Integration): After the release, we call your life force home. Through gentle energy work and sound attunement, we re-weave your inner light, activating new insights and a profound sense of peace.
• The Emergence (The Path Forward): We close our time with an oracle card and a 'Soul Pact' to anchor your new clarity, ensuring you leave with an embodied action to carry you forward. You will also receive a beautiful journal to continue your journey.
