Womb Rite
During this ceremony participants are invited to reconnect to their womb and remember that "the womb is not a place to store fear or pain, the womb is to create and give birth to life". We are encouraged to realease fear and trauma from the womb, so we can reclaim the the womb as a centre of creativity, power and manifestation.
This rite can be transmitted in person or online.

A Soundbath is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Rest back and be bathed in a field of vibration for this sound meditation. Sound has been used in many ancient cultures for thousands of years to rebalance and realign our body, minds and spirits, returning the body’s vibrations to its natural state.
Chakra Dhyana
'Chakra Dhyana ', is a very powerful advanced spiritual technique practiced by Hindu sages with a history of more than five thousand years. This practice is focused on the seven vital 'chakras', or energy centers. Activation of these 'chakras' or energy centers, through vocal toning initiates the expansion of one's consciousness, moving from lower to higher states of existence in the planes of consciousness.

Acknolwedgement of Country
Much of our work is shared on Kaurna and Peramangk Land and we acknowledge and extend deep gratitude to the First peoples, original caretakers of this land. We acknowledge the deep and ongoing cultural and spritual connection the Kaurna and Peramangk People have with the living land, waters and air. We pay our respects to elders past, present and emerging, acknowleding a wisdom borne from this continuous cultural lineage over 65,000 years. We acknowledge that this land was never ceded, and that this country was and always will be Aboriginal Land. Our work done with the intention that the offerings be of benefit to the ancestors and all peoples of these lands as we honour Mother Earth, and work to align ourselves more fully with the wisdom she holds.
